We source locally and believe in sustainability. Small independent producers, suppliers and service providers that share the vision of high quality, small-scale are people we like to work with. We source as much as possible from our doorstep and the majority from Scotland at least.

Sadly we cannot find lemons or olives that grow here (yet!) but when further afield we still apply the basics…independent, cared for, careful and we use Scottish wholesalers.

It takes time to build these relationships but that’s all part of the fun – some of our suppliers have been with us for years – no matter where we go, and some we will find along the way.

We taste our food, we eat it! We choose our products because they are good, not fashionable or clever – just good. Then we apply a little creativity and imagination and let it do the rest of the talking.
